Board Meeting Recap – July 16, 2013

Hello Everyone,

This was another relatively routine board meeting with only two items of new business: approval of some new home designs for the Winchester Glen development and acceptance of a bid to paint the Silverstone water tower.

The water tower painting is being done as preventative maintenance to avoid a much more costly repainting down the road (like the Randall Rd. tower).  While still expensive at $113,000 – it was still the lowest bidder out of many and stops the village from ‘kicking the can’ on necessary infrastructure upkeep.

Video of the meeting can be found at the link provided below.  You can click on the agenda items you are most interested in to skip to that portion of the meeting.
